UC HUB Group Prepares To Sell Sapphires and Gold on TV

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA-- (MARKET WIRE)-February 2, 2009 - UC Hub Group Inc (UCHB.PK-NEWS) announced that it has contracted with Global Gateway Media and Communications Inc., (GGMC) in Los Angeles, California to offer its gems and precious metals for sale on television to a broadcast coverage of 10 million potential viewers. The North American Gem TV Show, on which the Company's gems will be featured, initially will focus not only the actual North American gems, but also on the various mines and miners of North America.

UC Hub's focus will be its mine in Montana, offering rough and finished product for commercialization. UC Hub believes the unique sapphires native to its Montana mine will be well accepted, as they are natural sapphire stones with unique colors representative of the finest Montana sapphires.

Photography of the Company's spectacular Montana sapphire will begin this week as the Company offers some of the existing Montana sapphires inventory from the mine area of the El Dorado Bar. Filming will also take place at the gem industry's premier event, the American Gem Show and Trade Association (AGTA) in Tucson, Arizona. Management will attend the AGTA to network with important contacts in the industry, including some who will cooperate in its televised marketing efforts, while reviewing some of the other outstanding gems.

According to GGMC, the televised gem show will initially be offered via satellite to approximately 10 million potential viewers; however, depending on the order volume, the broadcast may expand to more viewers, utilizing cable and other media distribution partners. Importantly, the TV show will include an ethics and certification group, offering assurance to the consumer of the authenticity of the gems, and ensuring that the gems have not been illegally manipulated with chemicals and other such tools. The show will also discuss credibility factors and regulation of such. The Gem shopping network will have some of the miners' treasure hunting stories coupled with the hard labor of mining, and the faceting of gems to maximize luminosity and the final mounting of gems for sale.

"Quality and integrity of the gem itself are of major importance, and we expect that the Montana sapphire will begin to see some elegant branding from this show and the significant exposure it affords," said Larry Wilcox, president and CEO of UC Hub. "Once again the Company has leveraged Gold, Sapphires, Oil and now, Media." "Beyond building name ID for both the Montana sapphire and the Company, we believe the show represents a potentially major distribution tool for our Montana gems and other gem properties that the Company intends to develop," he added.
