AGTA Tucson Gem Show

February 8, 2010
Dear Shareholder,

I am pleased to report to you the progress we have made during the last 90 days. Recently, I attended, what is considered one of the major gem shows in the United States for 2010, in Tucson, Arizona. This show featured a "Who's Who" network of industry experts. The show was a multi-day event and even with the help of a liaison who specializes in Gem marketing, guiding our team 12+ hours a day, we still couldn't cover all that was featured at this enormous event.

Our travel at the show allowed us to meet some of the most successful individuals and organizations from all over the world who are involved with precious and semi precious Gems (Diamonds, Sapphires, Rubies, Emeralds, Tanzanite, Tsavarite, Tourmaline; Sun Stones, Peridot, Andradite, Demantoid) .). The show allowed us to meet some of the most famous cutters, view the most famous heat treating facilities, visit with famous alloy experts, the, the best wholesalers and designers, magazine editors and publishers, miners of special and unique gems, and the various associations that are key to our project, such as the North American Gem Lab, Gem International Association, and the Jewelers Ethics Association. Additionally, we had the pleasure to see some of the most outstanding gems in the world. The show was everything it was built up to be and allowed us to advance the Company's goals 10-fold as a result of going to this event. As you may know, our main goal is to offer our extensive inventory of high-end Montana sapphires and other gems to the industry leaders. This show also propelled our ability to have a panel of ethical parties survey our gems for credible tracking and authenticity.

UC Hub, of course, remains focused on the mining, marketing and distribution tools for its gems as well as the revenue production of our oil and gas properties. Feedback from these seasoned veterans at the show left us with the belief that we are on the right track and that we should be a huge business success. We were also introduced to new methods to certify, certificate, and track the Montana sapphires using the newest technology which prior to this were nearly impossible or time consuming.

We are very encouraged with the ROI model on these gems and anticipate a lucrative future with sapphires, garnets, and gold. It is the belief of the international and domestic marketing experts at the Tucson show that commercializing Americans sapphire and our gold product Is the correct path.

We have included just a few of the photos from several of the shows for your viewing pleasure. Gem Show Pictures can be seen at http://www.uchub.net/Gem

We remain enthusiastic about the tremendous potential of a televised gem show, and we will provide up-dates as we proceed with this project.

Sincerely,

Larry Wilcox
